Vester Husby and Vedersø Klit are among the finest holiday cottage areas along Jutland’s west coast. New cottages are built according to local building traditions, and special rules apply to building styles and nature protection measurements in the dune landscape of western Jutland. The thatched cottages are surrounded by wide open spaces with plenty of light and air.
Husby Dune Plantation has an incredible variety of trees and plants, including heather, broom, beech, oak, spruce and pine. Towards the west, the scenery changes into a hilly heath landscape with open dunes and a fantastic view of the sea.
